Xavier Pétremand holds a Master of Law degree (1994) from the Law School of the University of Geneva and followed the International Trade Law Program of the Geneva Graduate Institute of International Studies (1998). He was admitted to the bar in 1997 and worked in Geneva as an associate in a Swiss leading law firm and in a business-oriented firm, before joining one of Lausanne's largest commercial law firms. His practice is focused on corporate, contract and financial law, business transactions, commercial litigation and insolvency law. He has also a significant expertise in estate law, trust matters and international succession as well as in relocation and tax planning for private clients.
Xavier Pétremand is a member of the Bar Association of the Canton of Vaud, the Swiss Bar Association, the Geneva Business Law Association, the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).

Aurélia Rappo holds a Master of Law degree (1997, awarded Faculty Prize) and a Doctorate in banking law (2000, awarded Faculty Prize) from the University of Lausanne. Between 1997 and 2000, she worked in parallel as a teaching assistant in tax law at the Business School of the University of Lausanne and as a law clerk with a District Court and with the Administrative Court (Tax Section) of the Canton of Vaud. Aurélia Rappo joined one of Lausanne's largest commercial law firms and was admitted to the bar in 2003. Her practice is mainly focused on Swiss international and domestic taxation and commercial and corporate transactions. She has also a recognised expertise in administrative law, especially in public procurement.
Aurélia Rappo is a member of the Bar Association of the Canton of Vaud, the Swiss Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Geneva Business Law Association.
